Holt’s 18-year-old brother Shawn Palmer (surprise surprise different last names) has been charged with being an accomplice to murder because he helped his little sister flee the area of the murder.  He also took the .32 caliber revolver off her hands, carrying it around in a bag showing it to other people telling his version of the story.  Not really a big shock how they got caught.

Attorney Gil S. Amaral, who represented Holt at her bail review, told the court that she acted to protect herself and “may have been the actual victim.”

Again there is violence in South Africa,  now I’m sure that there will be no media coverage of this event because all the racist boers have been put against the wall and now there is no need to report on the violence facing the remaining Whites in this nation, which they founded and worked to create. Aug 11 2010 – TZANEEN. Tow-truck operator and smallholding/farm owner Theuns Fourie, 46, a brother of the SAPS’ now scrapped organized crime prevention unit Johan Fourie, was ambushed, tied to a tree and then bludgeoned to death. The entire smallholding/farm was emptied of all valuables including two firearms: they had also broken open the safe. His brother was devastated: “I always investigated these kinds of crimes and now it’s happened to someone so close to me.’ Sonnekos praised the murdered man for his loyalty.

Portuguese photographer Antonio Simoes was woken at 04.00 BST by two men entering his room at the Nutbush Boma Lodge outside of Magaliesburg and two other reporters were also robbed at the same hotel.

“One of the guys pointed a hand gun at my head, and then they took all my gear – cameras, lenses, laptop,” Simoes said. “Then they told me to lie on the bed and they covered me with a blanket, pressed the gun against my head and told me to sleep.

“The whole thing took one or two minutes, but it felt like hours.”

An armed gang stole money and a camera from four Chinese journalists in South Africa to cover the World Cup, state media reported Thursday.

Several men attacked the journalists when their car stopped on the side of the road as they returned to Johannesburg after an interview, the reports said.

SEATTLE – A 16-year-old boy from West Seattle says he was held hostage and beaten for hours, all because of the color of his skin.

Shane McClellan says two men kicked and whipped him at gunpoint – and told him they singled him out because he is white.

Tim McClellan, Shane’s father, says he barely recognized his son after the brutal assault.

“I didn’t know if he was alive or dead,” Tim McClellan said.

The incident happened as Shane McClellan was walking home from a birthday party at a friend’s house Tuesday around 2 a.m.

Shane says two men called to him from the top of a staircase near the intersection of 14th Avenue SW and SW Holden Street. The men asked for a light, and when Shane walked over to oblige, they knocked him to the ground and started kicking him.

The two men knocked the frightened teen around on the staircase, making racially charged remarks.

“They started bringing up the past – like slavery – being like, white people did this,” Shane said in an exclusive interview with KOMO News reporter Shomari Stone.

The attackers stripped off McClellan’s belt and started whipping his back.

“They said, ‘This is for what your people did to our people.’ They were like whipping me with my belt, my studded belt,” Shane recounts.

One of the men held a gun against the back of his head and burned his neck with cigarettes.

At one point they shoved McClellan’s face into a hole with the gun against his head. They also urinated on him and poured beer over him.

“What he told me, when they were beating him with the belt, they were saying, ‘I don’t like white people,’” says Shane’s father, Tim McClellan.

Shane recalls, “They’re like, ‘Aw, white boy, what are you doing? You can’t hang out this late. What are you doing around here?’ They’re like, ‘White boy has no belonging – being out here at 2 a.m.’”

“They targeted me for being white, and they made it very clear thats why they were assaulting me,” Shane says.

The boy told police that one of his attackers appeared to be black and the other Asian or Pacific Islander.

The victim’s father says this was nothing short of hours of torture.

“Put a gun to the back of his head and told him if he said anything they were going to blow his head off while they sat there and burned him with cigarettes on the back of the neck,” he says.

The two assailants held the victim on the ground for some time, and Shane eventually passed out.

When he regained consciousness, the attackers were gone. They had taken his money, a coat and an MP3 player.

Shane waved down a passing car for help and met his family at the hospital.

Seattle police have referred the case to their Bias Crimes Unit for review as a possible hate crime.

Detectives told the family they are working on a photo montage of possible suspects – and will see if the victim is able to identify his attackers from the line-up.

Shane is now out of the hospital and recovering at home.

But he gets chills when he looks at the photos that were taken of him right after the attack.

“Gets me shaken up every time I see it,” he says. “I don’t know, I just get vibes overall from seeing those pictures.”

He says he has learned not to wander through the neighborhood at 2 in the morning – and he hopes his attackers are caught and charged with a hate crime.

The vicious assault was caught on a surveillance camera.

Sgt. David Rutt of the Cleveland Police Dept. says the teens started attacking after the man and his 51-year-old friend, got angry because the teens were loitering near his house.

“There was a group of six to seven juveniles standing in the driveway, blocking their entrance,” said Sgt. Rutt. “The juveniles became more aggressive.”

Sgt. Rutt says the men did the right thing, by driving away from the E. 71st St. home in an attempt to get away from mob of angry teens.

Police say the men drove down the street to Harpster’s Market.

The 51-year-old man got out of the car and went inside to call police. According to police, that’s when the trouble began.

“The juveniles followed them down to the market and while the one man is inside using the phone to call police, the crowd began to taunt the passenger,” said Sgt. Rutt.

The teens the pulled the 73-year-old man from his car.

First, two teens started kicking him, then the group grew to around six teens, all beating, punching and kicking the elderly man.

The mob of teens also attacked the 51-year-old man. Both were hospitalized, one with facial fractures.

Cleveland police have arrested four of the teens seen in the video, but they’re still looking for two more.

Sgt. Rutt says the surveillance video clearly shows the severity of the crime.

“You can see on the video you have a large group of young adults basically assaulting two very elderly gentleman.”

And although the the attack happened in late March, police are still actively looking for the other two suspects.
