Des Moines officer arrested on assault charge
DES MOINES, Iowa – Des Moines Police Chief Judy Bradshaw says authorities have arrested a Des Moines police officer for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 22-year-old woman in his patrol car while he was on duty and in uniform.
Bradshaw says the incident reportedly occurred early Friday morning and that the 35-year-old Richardson faces one charge of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and one count of non-felonious misconduct in office.
Richardson was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal review of the case. Polk County Sheriff’s deputies say he posted a $3,000 bond Friday evening.
Police released few details about the incident, except to say that the woman was not physically injured.
It was not immediately known if Richardson has an attorney.

Panhandler who regularly works CTA Green Line arrested 178 times
Clarence Ervin had panhandled on CTA trains all night, and he looked like it.
Cold and bleary-eyed, he said he was afraid of getting caught — a surprising sentiment for a man who has been arrested 178 times, according to police and court records.
Ervin, 52, has amassed charges ranging from panhandling on trains and disorderly conduct to drug possession and assault and battery, the records show.
He is a source of widespread fear among riders on the Green Line between the Loop and Oak Park.
“Clarence is not a bad guy,” Ervin said, speaking sympathetically in the third person, as he exited a Green Line train at Laramie on Wednesday and boarded another going in the opposite direction to continue begging for — and demanding — money. “He got a raw deal. He’s homeless. He’s a United States Marine disabled veteran, and he needs help. He don’t want to get in more trouble.”
…
Ervin rarely shows up for his court dates. Officials dropped charges against him in more than 130 cases. When cases are not dismissed Ervin has been convicted, often in absentia, about 25 percent of the time.
…
“Look what this one lady just gave me,” he said to a Tribune reporter, showing a handful of quarters. “I need it for my babies. Three dollars for a gallon of milk. That’s $6 for two gallons and $12 for four gallons.”
The woman he approached, traveling with a young boy, did not appear to make a voluntary donation. She held the boy close to her as Ervin bent down and hovered inches away. She exhaled, noticeably, and muttered in Spanish to the boy when Ervin moved on to the next passenger.

“One issue we are dealing with is the small number of chronic nonviolent offenders frequenting the CTA system,” Drew said. “In addition to arrests, the department will be working with the CTA and the judicial system to prevent these offenders from accessing CTA property.

Doubts raised about Jean’s charity group
I would imagine that at least 97% of all charity money comes out of the pockets of white people but what they don’t know is that they’re funding their own destruction and, in this case, the career of negroid rappers. What have blacks like Wyclef or the ones in Haiti done for us whites lately?
LOS ANGELES – Groups that vet charities are raising doubts about the organization backed by Wyclef Jean, questioning its accounting practices and ability to function in earthquake-hit Haiti. But the Haitian-born rapper calls the allegations baseless.
Even as more than $2 million poured into The Wyclef Jean Foundation Inc. via text message after just two days, experts questioned how much of the money would help those in need.
“It’s questionable. There’s no way to get around that,” said Art Taylor, president and chief executive of the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance, based in Arlington, Va.
Taylor reviewed Internal Revenue Service tax returns for the organization also known as Yele Haiti Foundation from 2005 through 2007. He said the first red flag of poor accounting practices was that three years of returns were filed on the same day — Aug. 10 of last year.
In 2007, the foundation’s spending exceeded its revenues by $411,000. It brought in just $79,000 that year.
…
Jean, a 37-year-old Grammy-winning artist, has been imploring followers to text “Yele” to 501501 to donate $5 to his foundation in support of Haitian earthquake victims.
…
Three of the five foundation board members — Jean, Jerry Duplessis and Seth Kanegis — are involved in his personal music and business endeavors.
According to an IRS tax return from 2006 reviewed earlier by the Web site The Smoking Gun, the foundation paid $250,000 to buy airtime from Telemax S.A., a for-profit TV station in Haiti that is majority owned by Jean and Duplessis.
Part of that money went to pay for a concert in Haiti put on by Jean himself, Locke said.
Another $160,000 that year was spent on a concert in Monte Carlo that Jean participated in, of which $75,000 paid for backup singers and $25,000 went to Jean through a company he owns with Duplessis, Platinum Sound Recording Studios Inc., Locke said.

Former model recalls horrific acid attack
This is what you will get for becoming part of the multi-kult.
Katie Piper had everything going for her — a blossoming career, a wonderful life and a beautiful face. But that all changed after a horrific acid attack in March 2008 destroyed everything as she knew it.
The young model and television presenter, who was 24 years old at the time, was leaving her apartment in a London suburb when she was attacked by a stranger waiting for her with a cup of sulfuric acid.
Stefan Sylvestre threw the cup of corrosive liquid on Piper, burning the skin on her face, neck, chest and hands. She was also left blinded in one eye.
Sylvestre was asked by Piper’s former boyfriend, Danny Lynch, to throw the acid on her face because she ended their short relationship.
To make matters worse, two days before the attack, Piper was raped by Lynch in a London hotel room after ending the partnership.
“It wasn’t a random attack and there was a motive if you like,” Piper told CNN’s Becky Anderson on Connect the World.
Meanwhile Piper’s parents were called by the police to tell them what had happened. “I can remember going ‘not her face, please not her face’,” Piper’s mother Diane wrote on The Katie Piper Foundation web site.
“I knew if anything happened to her face as far as she was concerned it would be the end of everything.”
Piper spent nearly two months in hospital and was placed in an induced coma for 10 days.
The attack also severely damaged Piper’s throat and she was forced to be fed through a tube in her stomach.
Today, Piper now wears a special plastic pressure mask for 23 hours a day, in an effort to flatten her scars.
“You can see looking at me that it physically changed my appearance, but it goes a lot deeper than that.”
“It changed my life as I know it — it changed my career, it changed my relationships with people.
Lynch was found guilty of inciting the acid attack in October 2008 and subsequently convicted on the rape charge in April 2009. He was given two life sentences, and will serve at least 16 years in jail.
Sylvestre received a 12-year sentence for throwing the acid.

Rosarno: Racist attack provokes riot in southern italian town
Racist attacks? A few jigs get shot with bb guns and they’re calling it a racist attack?
Gotta love the weapons here! A blue toy hockey stick, a street sign, a table leg, an umbrella and a tire.
A racist attack on African migrant farm workers in the Southern Italian region of Calabria by a gang of local youths armed with air rifles has provoked a series of disturbances in the town of Rosarno. Last night hundreds of cars were damaged and set on fire as the migrants sought revenge for the attack that left several of them injured.
Earlier today, some migrants erected road blocks on the main roads into the town, whilst shop windows were again smashed as up to 2,000 immigrants gathered to protest outside city hall, chanting “we are not animals” and waving placards saying “Italians here are racist”. They demanded to see the town’s government commissioner, Francesco Bagnato, appointed last year when the town council was disolved to try and combat local influence of the mafia.
He tried to reassure the migrants that the police would protect them and persuaded them to leave peacefully. Nearby locals clashed with police and the situation was further inflamed when a local fired rifle to apparently try and scare the migrants off. Police said there were 15 arrests and 20 people injuried.
Interior Minister Roberto Maroni, in typical fashion, sought to exploit the situation, saying, “In all these years illegal immigration has been tolerated without doing anything effective, an immigration that on the one hand has fed crime and on the other has led to situations of extreme squalor such as that at Rosarno”. However, the governor of the Calabria region, Agazio Loiero, said that whilst the violence was “unacceptable”, the rioters had been “strongly provoked”.
The migrants are exploited both by the local farmers and by organised criminal gangs, and many are forced to live in squalid conditions in empty factories. Bagnato however claims that he has tried to improve living conditions since his appointment, reconnecting mains water to the factories and bringing in chemical toilets for the migrants.

Arenas, Crittenton pull guns on each other
Wizards reportedly had locker room confrontation over gambling debt (Lol at the term “wizards”.)
WASHINGTON – The investigation of Gilbert Arenas and the guns he brought to the Verizon Center took a much more serious turn Friday amid a report that the Washington Wizards point guard and teammate Javaris Crittenton allegedly drew on each other during a locker-room argument over a gambling debt.
Arenas responded with a flurry of messages on Twitter, at times making light of the news but also making one tweet that read somewhat like a denial: “I understand this is serious..but if u ever met me you know i dont do serious things im a goof ball this story today dont sound goofy to me.”

Illegal alien mexishit arrested for slashing throat of elderly woman

Where would our country be without the wonderful diversity that pieces of shit like Ricardo bring?
On Wednesday, police in Slidell, LA, arrested an illegal spic for slashing the throat of his 84-year-old neighbor with a razor blade. The attack left an 8-inch gash in the woman’s throat, her assailant stole about $65 in cash.
The octogenarian victim survived the attack and later identified the “man” who did odd jobs for her, Ricardo Tenorio-Palma, 20, as the scum bag wet back who tried to kill her.
Slidell Police Capt. Kevin Swann said: “It wasn’t like he demanded money; he stabbed her first. He slashed her first, before he robbed her. He intended to kill her,”
Police allege that on Wednesday afternoon, Tenorio-Palma entered the woman’s home through a door she always left slightly open for her cat.
Punching and kicking, the woman fought off her attacker until the loss of blood and fatigue set in. Left bleeding on the floor, the woman then activated her medical alert necklace.
…….
Tenorio-Palma has been living in Slidell for at least nine months. He was living just across the street from his alleged victim with his brother and three other unidentified men.
The victim recently paid the taco bender to string-up Christmas lights on her house, and in the past, had given him furniture and other household items.
Chief Drennan said that soon after being arrested, Tenorio-Palma “admitted readily” to the attack and robbery.
Tenorio-Palma sits in St. Tammany Jail, and has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and armed robbery. If convicted, he faces a possible sentence of up to 99 years in prison.

BCU President Troubled By Disturbance Aftermath
This is what a “traditionally black college” looks like. To me it looks like they took dorm housing and turned it into something like project housing or prison.
I present the future leaders of America.
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Several people are working behind the scenes to resolve a dispute between the Daytona Beach Police Department and Bethune Cookman University, but the university president fired another salvo in a newspaper opinion piece Tuesday.
No one argues that the dorm disturbance recorded by campus security cameras and student cell phones at BCU was ugly, but in the article, university President Dr. Trudie Reed called the aftermath troubling.
She wrote that despite the university’s efforts to be forthcoming with the media and cooperative with police, what has emerged is misleading. She said it suggests the university is trying to hide something.
“You may not like the term melee. You may not like the term free-for-all, and you may not like that I did my job and we went and got a subpoena. That’s how things work,” Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said.
Last week, Chitwood stood by his comments that what erupted in the dorm was more than a disturbance and said it took a court order to collect all of the video from the university for the criminal investigation.
In the newspaper Tuesday, Reed called that vexing. She claims the university was asked to give over what they had and interpreted that to mean videos of the first-floor hallway and dorm exteriors. Reed wrote there was no intent to hide other videos, the university just wasn’t asked for them. A subpoena, she writes, taints the university’s integrity and said justice won’t be served if the university remains under the cloud of cover-up.
Reed and Chitwood will hold a joint press conference at the police department Wednesday.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) – Federal agents arrested 26 suspects in three states Tuesday, including a doctor and nurses, in a major crackdown on Medicare fraud totaling $61 million in separate scams.
….
Arrests in Miami, Brooklyn and Detroit included a Florida doctor accused of running a $40 million home health care scheme that falsely listed patients as blind diabetics so that he could bill for twice-daily nurse visits.
