Panhandler who regularly works CTA Green Line arrested 178 times
Clarence Ervin had panhandled on CTA trains all night, and he looked like it.
Cold and bleary-eyed, he said he was afraid of getting caught — a surprising sentiment for a man who has been arrested 178 times, according to police and court records.
Ervin, 52, has amassed charges ranging from panhandling on trains and disorderly conduct to drug possession and assault and battery, the records show.
He is a source of widespread fear among riders on the Green Line between the Loop and Oak Park.
“Clarence is not a bad guy,” Ervin said, speaking sympathetically in the third person, as he exited a Green Line train at Laramie on Wednesday and boarded another going in the opposite direction to continue begging for — and demanding — money. “He got a raw deal. He’s homeless. He’s a United States Marine disabled veteran, and he needs help. He don’t want to get in more trouble.”

Ervin rarely shows up for his court dates. Officials dropped charges against him in more than 130 cases. When cases are not dismissed Ervin has been convicted, often in absentia, about 25 percent of the time.

Looting on Rise amid Haiti’s Growing Nigger Fuxation
A nigger citizenry combined with an absence of police forces has led to increased looting in Port-au-Prince in the wake of a massive earthquake that is estimated to have killed tens of thousands.
Video footage from the city showed bands of Haitian youths armed with machetes wandering the streets looting, as the local police were largely invisible.
“The Hatian National Police are not visible at all, dey is lootin’ dey damn selfs” said David Wimhurst, a spokesman for the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Port-au-Prince. The U.N. peacekeepers are themselves devastated by casualties from the quake.
Whether the machete-wielding men posed a violent threat to the rest of the city is unclear, because mainstream media is too fucking cowardly and stupid to call it what it is. What is clear is that quaked up niggers are taking more drastic measures as relief efforts have become bogged down in what some aid workers call a logistical nightmare. LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Four people accused of helping the suspected gunman in the killing of four Lakewood police officers in a Parkland coffee shop evade police have been arrested.
Four were booked into the Pierce County Jail on Monday and early Tuesday for investigation of rendering criminal assistance on four counts of first-degree murder. They are Rickey Hinton, Eddie Lee Davis, Douglas Edward Davis and Darcus Allen.

Clemmons’ half brother, Rickey Hinton, has not been charged yet, but has been booked into jail for investigation of rendering criminal assistance. Chushcoff set his bail at $2 million.
Allen, who was booked late Tuesday afternoon, has not appeared in court. He is being held under investigation of four counts of rendering criminal assistant and one count of making false statements to investigators.
Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer said Allen has served time in an Arkansas prison with Clemmons, investigators said. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison for a 1990 double murder at a Little Rock liquor store. He was paroled in 2004.(Did the Huckster help this nigger get out too?!)

Troyer said while there are four people under arrest now, more arrests could happen as investigators piece together how other people might have helped Clemmons after the shooting.
“We are not going to rest until everyone involved in this murder is brought to justice,” Troyer said.
According to court documents, Clemmons had shown two handguns to the three arrested men at his Auburn-area home the night before the shootings and told them he was going to shoot police. He asked for the keys to Hinton’s truck.
On Sunday morning, detectives said Clemmons returned to the home and told Hinton he had been shot and that he had shot police officers. Hinton gave Clemmons the keys to a white Pontiac and told the Davis’ to get Clemmons out of there. Hilton then tossed his cell phone to his 12-year-old son or grandson(I don’t nose wich it be; I fogets dat sheeit) and told him to start deleting all of Clemmons’ phone numbers out of the address book, according to court documents.
The Davis’ later told detectives that as they drove Clemmons away, he told them he had “taken care of business,” the document said. They went to a friend’s home in the Algona/Pacific area where a female relative of Clemmons helped clean treat the gunshot wound to his torso, detectives said. Clemmons changed clothes and put his own clothes into a bag.
Clemmons got into a car with the woman while the Davis’ got into the Pontiac and they all four headed to the Auburn Super Mall(dis a good a times az any ta do sum shoppin’), where they met up with a female friend of Clemmons, documents said.
As Clemmons drove off with that friend, he called friends who lived in the 3800 block of East Superior Street in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood and told him he needed a place to stay and he was bringing a gun, and the residents agreed.
However, police say when those friends called Clemmons’ relatives in Algona, they learned Clemmons had been shot and said he had shot some police officers in Tacoma. The residents left the home before Clemmons arrived and drove to the police station to tell police what they learned.
Meanwhile, Clemmons was dropped off at the home. The first Seattle officers arrived and noticed an African-American man on foot near a home and the woman driving away. Police stopped the woman as she was driving away and found a piece of clothing that had a bullet wound in front plus evidence of gauze and bandages, documents said. An 11-hour standoff ensued at the home on Superior Street, but Clemmons had somehow managed to get away.

Maurice Clemmons was carrying a handgun he took from one of the dead officers when a Seattle policeman recognized him near a stolen car on Kenyon Street at about 2:45 a.m., Assistant Police Chief Jim Pugel said.
The vehicle was running but unoccupied when the officer pulled up, radioed in the license plate number and realized the car was stolen, Pugel said.
As the officer was doing his paperwork, he caught something moving behind him. He turned around and saw a man walking on the street behind his car, approaching the driver’s side, police said. The officer got out of his car, immediately recognized the man as Clemmons and ordered him to show his hands and stop.
Clemmons refused, and while the officer was drawing his gun, the man reached into his waist and moved, police said.
“He wouldn’t stop,” Pugel said. “The officer fired several rounds.”(Will Jesse and Al be holding a vigil, or would that be too tacky even for them?)
Clemmons was struck at least twice, police said. After Clemmons was pronounced dead, officers found a gun in Clemmons’ front pocket.

Police: Nigger “Nurse” Wanted Elderly Patient ‘To Suffer’
PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.
A licensed practical nurse in Montgomery County, who is trusted to care for the elderly, has been arrested after being accused of causing harm to one of his patients.
Abiodun Oke worked at the Arista Care at Meadow Springs in Plymouth Meeting.
According to court documents, Oke was taking care of an 81-year-old female patient at the facility who suffered from dementia, pneumonia and who has a tracheotomy.
The facility has a visual and audible alarm that goes off when a patient’s ventilator becomes detached.
According to court documents, Oke reattached the 81-year-old patient’s ventilator two times in one day, but when the alarm went off a third time for a minute and a half, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office says Oke did nothing.(who got time fo’ dat sheeit? Instead a respiratory therapist who also heard the alarm, but was not responsible for the patient, responded.
The respiratory therapist told Plymouth Township police she found Oke in the patient’s room behind the door with his hands folded. She reconnected the patient who was blue and in respiratory distress to the ventilator.
Then she allegedly asked Oke if he saw that the patient was disconnected.
According to court documents, Oke told her: “I connected her twice, now I want to see her suffer.”
The facility fired Oke right after the alleged incident and has cooperated with authorities.(uh oh. Dat might be rayciss)

Chapel Hill, NC (AHN) – HIV prevalence among black Americans continues to far exceed rates among whites, despite billions of dollars in government and private spending to combat the disease, according to researchers with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The researchers wrote in a new report appearing in the November issue of the American Journal of Preventive Medicine that black HIV rates are 10 times higher than white Americans.(keep in mind these animals are just 13% of the population)
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that 45 percent of new HIV infections in the United States in 2006 occurred among non-Hispanic blacks. Among 13,184 adolescents and young adults in the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health, HIV rates among young black Americans were 20 times higher than those among their white peers.
The researchers say individual-level sexual behavior contributes to the disparity, but they placed more blame in what they term “structural violence” – a social system “characterized by inequalities in power and life chances of sufficient magnitude to restrict a group of people from realizing their full potential” that puts them “in harm’s way,” the researchers said in a statement.(It’s not dey fawlt!!! Man admits to molesting more than 100 victims over the years
LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Police here have arrested a man accused of rubbing himself against two girls in a swimming pool over the weekend, and they believe there may be more than 100 additional victims. (I wonder how many times this nigger shot his load into that pool jacking off to little kids. I think public pools were one of the facilities they should have kept segregated. Having to share the same body of water with nigs makes me sick.)
On Sunday, Daquan Mitchell , 40, of Lynnwood, was arrested and booked into jail for investigation of first-degree and second-degree child molestation. (Hmmm, even though the media covers up his race, I would say there’s a 99.99% chance we can all guess correctly.)

The woman told detectives the girls came over and said “a man had flipped them around in the pool and had rubbed his “Pee Pee” against them two or three times,” according to the statement of probable cause. The woman confronted the man, who ran out of the pool, out into the parking lot and into his car. The mother gave chase, yelling at bystanders to write down his license plate number, which was only partially recorded.
The center employees told police the man had paid with a credit card. Using the transaction information, officers identified the man as Daquan Mitchell.

The man admitted to having engaged in such behavior for years and “estimated he had at least 100 victims,” the statement said. He added many of his victims “probably thought it was innocent touching that occurred as he passed by them.”

Newark 4 year old passes out cocaine at daycare thinking it was candy
NEWARK — Shaheed Wright feared police were closing in on him, authorities say, so he hid his bags of cocaine in his son’s jacket pockets, telling the child that it was candy.
And when the boy arrived at his daycare center in Newark on Friday morning, he did what any other 4 year old might: The boy handed the white powder out to his friends.
One girl ate it.
She was rushed to Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark along with Wright’s son and two other boys from the day care suspected of eating cocaine. They all turned out to be fine and were released to their parents, according to Todd McClendon, a spokesman for Newark Police.
Wright, meanwhile, was arrested Friday afternoon in the hallway of his apartment building on South Munn Avenue in East Orange. The 25-year-old man is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and other charges, including employing a juvenile in a narcotics scheme.
He emerged shackled yesterday from Newark Police Headquarters, his hair in long dreadlocks, his face downcast. When asked if he wanted to say anything to the parents of the other children, he looked up for a moment.
“I apologize deeply,” Wright said.
He is being held on $400,000 bail and scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Superior Court in Essex County.
The children were identified only as a girl and three boys, all 4-years old.
A teacher at Clinton Avenue Daycare Center first noticed the girl had something odd in her mouth at about 9:30 a.m. Friday, police said. The teacher looked closer and noticed a small plastic bag filled with the white powder.
Then, she called an ambulance.
It turned out only the girl actually swallowed the cocaine, McClendon said.
The center, a three-story townhouse near Lincoln Park, was closed yesterday. Attempts to reach the owner were unsuccessful.
Authorities suspect Wright shoved the cocaine into his son’s pockets following a “near brush” with police. McClendon said he was unable to elaborate on when or where the encounter occurred.
But when they searched the boys’ pockets, police found multiple bags of cocaine, McClendon said.
The Division of Youth and Family Services plans to conduct a separate investigation into the incident, McClendon said. A spokeswoman for the agency said state law did not allow her to comment on the status of the investigation.
